But look at what AI is doing.
People are changing how they work, teams are experimenting, and organisations are redesigning workflows and integrating AI into daily work.
Everyone is adapting. And isn’t that what Agile is fundamentally about?
Maybe Agile isn’t dead. Maybe our narrow definition of Agile is.
Agile was never meant to be just Scrum, sprints, sticky notes or Jira. It’s about the ability to learn, adapt and respond to change.
AI may not be killing Agile. It may be forcing us to finally practice it.
