Our Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course is designed to give you a practical, fun, and useful experience of what it means to be a great Scrum Master. You will discover the theory, the values, and all the foundational elements of Scrum, but above all, you will see how to truly use them to help the team, the Product Owner, and the entire organization work better.
No boring lectures or endless days in front of a monitor looking at slides: there will be clear explanations, group discussions, practical exercises, games, and simulations to keep the pace and make learning enjoyable.
At the end of the course, you will receive the official Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification and the Scrum Alliance badge that you can proudly display.

He is the founder and CEO of his consulting and training business and a Fellow Coach at Better Change.
A speaker at international conferences, Giuseppe regularly shares insights on agility, change management, leadership, and coaching through articles and webinars. His mission is to future-proof people’s skills for a more human, dynamic, and competent workplace in 2030.
